Gift4Giving

Share your passion for charitable giving with a Gift4Giving eGift. It lets your friends and family support charities using your Giving Account. It's the perfect gift for any occasion, and helps you inspire others to make a difference.

I want to send a Gift4Giving

Sending a Gift4Giving with your Fidelity Charitable Giving Account is easy. You can choose any amount between $50 and $10,000 and there's never a fee. Once the person receives the Gift4Giving, they can “spend” it by recommending grants for the charity or charities of their choice.

 

How it works

1. Log in to your Giving Account and select Give a Gift4Giving from the Grant dropdown menu.

2. Enter the Gift4Giving amount, the recipient's email address and a personal message, then choose the investment pools from which the funds should be drawn.

3. Review and submit your request.

4. The recipient receives their Gift4Giving email and follows the directions to redeem it. See examples of Gift4Giving emails

  • There’s never a fee for sending a Gift4Giving
  • Gift4Giving designations are $50 to $10,000
  • You can see the details of your transaction in your Giving Account history, including when it was sent, if it has been used or if it has expired
  • A Gift4Giving can only be created, sent and used online
  • If the Gift4Giving is not used within 180 days, any remaining balance will be moved back to your Giving Account

Congratulations! Now’s your chance to make a difference for a cause you care about.

You can recommend that the full amount goes to just one charity, or you can divide your support up among multiple charities. It's your choice. Just follow the link in your email to get started.

  • You can only access your Gift4Giving using the link in the email so please save it! If you delete it, contact the person who sent you the Gift4Giving and ask them to resend it.
  • The charity or charities you choose to support will not be disclosed to the person who sent the Gift4Giving
  • Your Gift4Giving is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable
  • You must use your entire Gift4Giving within 180 days
