When will I be asked to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA)?

The multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an additional layer of security used by Fidelity Charitable to verify a user’s online identity for critical transactions. You'll be asked to complete MFA when you log in, or if you're logging in from a new device or location. You will be asked for a security code when setting up new bank instructions or modifying a user’s contact information.
