Ensuring your contact information is up-to-date is an important step to completing 2FA. You can edit your contact information at any time when you log in to your Giving Account and select the "Your Profile" link in the upper right-hand corner then select the "Edit" link below “Contact Information.” That is why it's important that you include more than one phone number if possible (home and mobile).
