Giving Account Access

View Giving Account information — at both an individual or aggregate level

Because advisory firms often take a team approach to managing a client account, it is our practice to allow both the primary advisor, and designated members of the firm, to have access to Giving Account.1

To use Firm-wide access:

Of course, if you'd prefer not to register your firm, and need only one associate to have access, we can do that too.

Giving Account access levels:

Transactional Access

  • Obtain balance, contribution, and grant information
  • Make contributions
  • Recommend grants to IRS-qualified public charities2
  • Update successor allocation and information
  • Recommend a pool reallocation
  • Update donor address, email, phone, or fax

Non-Transactional Access

  • Obtain balance, contribution, and grant information
  • View-only online Giving Account access

1 Firm-wide account access must be authorized by Account Holders.

2 Does not include Giving Accounts participating in the Charitable Investment Advisor Program.
