Contribute Securities Held at Fidelity
Deadline: Successfully transmitted online before midnight, Eastern Time, on
December 31
Suggested: December 16, if by mail, and December 31, if by fax or Web
Initiate Online
- Log in to your Giving Account and select Contribute from the Select Action dropdown menu.
- Follow the instructions.
Call Fidelity Charitable
- Call 800-952-4438.
- A Letter of Authorization (PDF) must be on file at Fidelity Charitable to contribute by phone.
Use the Contribution Form
- Download the Contribution Form (PDF).
- Type in your information then print and sign the form, or print the form out and write in your information.
- Send or fax the form to Fidelity Charitable.
