Manage Your Clients' Giving Accounts Online

As an advisor, your clients rely on you to help them manage their financial interests. The online Giving Account Access Center enables you to manage your clients' charitable giving as part of their overall financial plan. With the Giving Account Access Center, you can:

  • View multiple clients' Giving Account information with a single log-in
  • Transact on your clients' behalf (facilitate contributions, grant recommendations, investment pool reallocations, etc.)
  • Generate client activity reports

Getting Started

To obtain access to your clients' Giving Accounts and the Giving Account Access Center, two forms must be submitted to Fidelity Charitable:

For Advisor: Advisor Agreement for Giving Account Access (PDF)

For Donor: Giving Account Access Form (PDF)

Please note: The Advisor Agreement Form must be completed and submitted to Fidelity Charitable before you can gain access to your clients' Giving Accounts and the Giving Account Access Center.

When making contributions from a Fidelity brokerage account:

Advisors cannot make a contribution online on their clients' behalf.

Also, your client must have a signed Letter of Authorization (PDF) on file with Fidelity Charitable.
